Mainly everything was perfect until… you are not allowed to pay by cash… as I had to travel for business I was given cash to pay for my accommodation, which was a pain and I had to use my personal card to make the online payment. Not happy with the strict verdict of the payments options - when it comes to payments… there should be 24/7 access to pay with cash i.e. cards or on line… Please do something about it and comfort your tired and overworked customers to make a “fast payment” and go to bed. Wasn’t that’s the reason the hotels where invented???… …very upset..

very helpful and friendly front desk staff, they were very accommodating and gave us an early check-in as well as let us store some food in their fridge. Room was clean and comfortable and modern. wifi was great, breakfast looked fantastic (though we didn't have time to eat it), great value

spotlessly clean, lovely staff - so helpful and polite, fantastic breakfast! Big comfy bed, smallish room but we are tubby! Supper home cooked and delicious. Secure car park.

The big plus always is the Ibis breakfast. Not only is the range and quality of food excellent but it is available from early in the morning.

Our room was small but clean, practical, modern and not pretentious. Great for a one night visit after dinner elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good.

Small rooms but well designed. Very contemporary decor. Nice continental breakfast. The staff were most helpful with storing our bicycles.
